Formal education taught in schools or madrasahs forms the main pillar towards building a community that is religious, prosperous and progressive. CACIG will assist and develop schools or madrasahs that have the same vision and mission as CACIG. Schools or madrasahs that are facilitated by CACIG will:
1. Develop individuals who have faith, high morals and skills for life on earth and hereafter.
2. Develop Muslim preachers who will carry out their duties with dedication.
3. In our aim to develop the individuals mentioned above, schools or madrasahs facilitated by CACIG will need to:
a. Conduct religious courses based on Ahlus Sunnah Waljamaah at a level that will allow students to move on to diploma or degree anywhere in the world, including at local institutions.
b. Conduct teaching & learning activities which enhance students’ morals based on Al-Quran and Sunnah Rasulullah saw.
c. Conduct teaching & learning activities which promote critical thinking.
d. Conduct teaching & learning activities which promote leadership skills.
e. Offer a wide range of curriculum which enables students to find careers in the future.
In March 2013, CACIG successfully completed Maa’had Ibnu Abbas School in Kampung Chey Soksan, Dombae district in Tbong Khmum province. It has 3 classrooms.
In September 2015, CACIG built Darul Uloom Al-Hashimiyyah, a two-storey school for girls in Kampung Treas, Kroch Chma district in Tbong Khmum province. In November 2019, 8 classrooms were added.
In July 2016, CACIG built Raudhatul Ulum Addiniyah School in Kampung Tanong, Koh Sotin district in Kompong Cham province. It has 2 classrooms. CACIG started two classes of tahfiz Quran in this school in August 2018 and June 2022.
