UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIPS

I. Introduction

The Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia stipulates that the state must protect and promote the rights of citizens to have the qualified education at all levels, ensuring that all citizens have equal opportunities to live.
Education is very important for everyone, especially developing countries, as Cambodia today needs a lot of human resources to help the communities.
