By we checking thecurrent reality of Cambodia, The use of Bathroom hygien is still limited, Obviously people living in the rural area They did not have a toilets used for use, Because they are defecation In the jungle and in the fields, Cousing no sanitation easily spread the disease Various diseases Such as: Cholera, diarrhea and other more. By Seeing these misery Charitable Association of Cambodian Islamic Graduates was Prepare to set up this project To enable them to access toilets hygien And avoids many other viruses And it is also the principle that Islam teaches us to use ​Eating, drinking, living, clean, healthy, And perform the duties of Allah as Owner.

اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِیۡنَ وَ یُحِبُّ الۡمُتَطَہِّرِیۡنَ
indeed Allah loves those who repent profusely, and loves those who keep clean.
The Charitable Association of Cambodian Islamic Graduates(CACIG) has developed this project and implemented in other provinces such as Kampong Chhnang, Pursat, Kampong Cham, Tbong Khmum, Kratie, Kandal, Sihanouk Vill, and Kampong Speu.
